SHIPPING

ORDER PROCESSING
We aim to process all orders within 48 hours, subject to availability. Orders received during weekends, will be processed on the next business day. If goods are not available we will advise by email as soon as possible.

ORDERS WITHIN NEW ZEALAND

Delivery Time
Target delivery time for orders in New Zealand is 2-5 business days. Delivery to rural areas may take longer.
Order processing may be delayed if your item is not in stock and needs to be back-ordered, in which case you will be informed as soon as possible
Domestic Shipping 
Domestic orders are delivered by New Zealand Post Parcel Post Tracked. Delivery to P.O. Boxes is not available. Domestic postage varies by area and is calculated by weight and volume.

PAYMENT

Pricing
Lagi is a New Zealand-based business. All prices are originally listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD$) and include GST. Prices are subject to change.
Transaction Facilitation
This website accepts credit card and Paypal transactions via PayPal. Upon checkout, customers will be taken to the external Paypal website to enter details and then returned to Lagi website. At this point, the customer will not have been charged yet. The shipping charge is added upon return to the Lagi website. The customer can then confirm payment.
Direct Deposit
Customers within New Zealand are welcome to pay by Direct Deposit by contacting us beforehand with your name, item(s) desired and mailing address. We'll then let you know what the total cost is including shipping.

RETURNS 

Lagi endeavours to deliver products to our customers in perfect condition. Should a product be found to be faulty, please notify us within 10 days of delivery and we will be happy to replace the product or refund the full purchase price (excluding shipping). Note that we do not accept liability for product damaged in transit.  If you have changed your mind about a product, we will exchange it for another product or store credit (excluding shipping), but we cannot provide refunds. To qualify for an exchange, all items must be in their original condition and be unused, unworn, unaltered, have tags attached and be returned in the original packaging. 

PRIVACY

Lagi respects our customer's right to privacy. We will not share your personal details with any other party. We will keep a record of your addresses and purchases to send you information about future promotions, new product introductions, free samples or news letters. If you do not wish to receive any news via email or post from Lagi, send an email titled "Unsubscribe" to storenews@lagi.co.nz
